Refund Policy
Unworn items in perfect condition are given a refund. You will receive notification when we have received your item and validated that it's unworn and still in the original shape.
15 day return policy
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at online@paulropp.com. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any shipping costs to return requests, or duties upon receiving, will not be borne by PAUL ROPP, unless due to human error on our part.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note, for hygiene purposes, certain projects cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
All items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return payment method
We cannot grant refunds but an exchanged item will be assigned an equal online store credit.
Handling Time
We process and ship all orders within 2-8 business days of order receipt. Hand cut silk can typically take up to 8 days, since it is cut to order.
Please let us know if there is a rush with an order and we will see what we can do.

Taxes
The taxes we charge on merchandise are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. The tax for an order depends on the delivery address and the location from which the order is shipped.
Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping and handling charges.
